Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available online and in store.
What happens if I am running late to my appointment?
We run on a tight schedule and have a 10 minute grace period subject to brow sculpts and spray tanning appointments as they are only 15 minutes, we will do our best to fit you in however this is not guaranteed as it will affect our next clients appointment time and so on. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel or need to reschedule?
We have a strict 24hour cancellation policy which will result in your deposit being forfeited if you cancel or need to reschedule under 24 hours. Your deposit is to cover the cost of our lost time and potential sale.
What happens if I have an appointment and we go into lockdown?
Your appointment will be cancelled and we will contact you to reschedule. We do not refund deposits due to covid and your deposit will be held on file until the lockdown is lifted. If you no longer need your appointment once the lockdown has lifted you will be issued a salon credit to be used within 12 months.

I have lashes from another salon, can I get an infill or do I need to book a full set?
Yes! We will consult your current lashes at your appointment and as long as your current lashes have been done correctly we will infill other salons' work at a flat rate. please check our price list for price.
How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?
If you decide to get eyelash extensions, it is important to care for them properly. We recommend cleaning them with a soft bristle brush & a lash specific shampoo as it is gentle, oil free and made for use around the eye area. It is important to clean your lashes to avoid any build up, which can lead to irritations and even infections like conjunctivitis and Blepharitis.
Avoid oil-based makeup removers or face cleansers with oil as this will lead to premature loss of eyelash extensions.
No rubbing your eyes, pulling or picking at your lashes and it is best to try not to sleep on your face to avoid possible friction damage to the lash line.
We do not recommend micellar water or baby shampoo. We do not recommend cotton pads or cotton of any type.
Lash extension glue will not stick to dirty eyelashes. Please keep this in mind if you are experiencing retention issues.
Silk pillow cases and concaved sleep masks can help with rough sleeping on lashes.
Can I get a different style infill or do I need to get a full set?
Yes, if you are wanting more or less you can select a different style for your infill and do not need to get them removed or a full set, just select the number of weeks it has been since your last fill in your preferred style
